SHIPPING POLICY

Once submitted, your order will be shipped out within 72 hours. Upon shipment, we will notify you of all tracking information via email for your reference. During weekends or postal holidays, no orders can be processed or shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All orders are shipped from our Distribution Center via standard shipping. The package generally costs 5-20 business days to arrive (or be delayed by higher shipping volume over the holidays, COVID-19 closures, or extreme weather events).

BACKORDERS

If any ordered item is out of stock, we will not ship your order until all items are available. Tracking information will be sent to you immediately after all of your orders are shipped out.
