30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
For products purchased on the official SEYMAC website, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason. You may return the unwanted product(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired product(s). Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Important notes:
- This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from seymac.com.
- After an order is placed, a model confirmation email will be sent to the customer. If no response is received, SEYMAC will proceed under the assumption that the provided model information is accurate. If the product delivered matches the model that was shipped, but the incorrect model was selected by the customer, SEYMAC reserves the right to withhold all shipping fees—including the original shipping cost—from the refund amount.
- Customized items, unless due to an error on our part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Please note that return shipping labels aren't provided for international orders.
- Returns must include all accessories and the original packaging. In the event that any accessories or original packaging are missing, SEYMAC reserves the right to withhold the refund of the product cost.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window.
Returns for Third-Party Platforms
For products purchased on third-party platforms such as Amazon, or through SEYMAC's authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their return policy. Buyers are encouraged to contact SEYMAC Customer Support directly before returning products to confirm if a return is the best option available.
Bulk Orders
All bulk orders are not eligible for returns. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product is considered a bulk order.)
Promotional Gifts
All promotional gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties.
How do I return an item?
- Please reach out to Seymac customer support (service@seymac.com or contact us here) to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
- Seymacsupport will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
- For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Seymac with the following information:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 1-5 working days.
