Warranty Coverage Overview
We provide a limited 6-month manufacturer warranty for all our standard tablet protective cases.

- This warranty only applies to original orders purchased directly from our official website.
- The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended or resold.
- Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not everyday wear and tear.
Defects Covered Under Warranty
We offer free replacement for cases with the following factory defects under normal usage:
- Cracked frames, broken edges and structural deformation caused by production flaws
- Misaligned camera, speaker, and charging port cutouts
- Detached built-in magnets, weak magnetic force from factory assembly issues
- Glue separation, peeling layers, or seam failure with no external impact damage
Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)
The following situations are not eligible for free replacement or warranty service:
- Surface scratches, minor abrasion, slight discoloration from long-term daily use
- Damage from drops, heavy impacts, bending, squeezing, liquid spills or chemical corrosion
- Man-made damage caused by disassembly, modification, improper installation
- Lost, stolen, or second-hand products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Damage to your tablet, screen, stylus and other personal electronic devices
- Any indirect losses including downtime, data loss, device repair fees
How To File A Warranty Claim
- Prepare your original order number, order email, and clear photos/videos showing the product defect.

- Our support team will review your submission and reply within 24 business hours.
- If your claim meets warranty requirements, we will arrange a free replacement case for you.
