How do I check the exact model of my Samsung Galaxy Tab?

Two simple methods for all Samsung tablets:

1. Check the rear label of your tablet:
Flip over your Galaxy Tab. The full marketing name (Galaxy Tab S9, Tab A9+) and SM model code (SM‑X910, SM‑T510) are printed on the back sticker.

2. Look up model information in Settings (if there is no model sticker):

  • Launch the Settings app
  • Scroll down and tap About tablet / About device
  • Check Model name and Model number (starts with SM)
